Delete your Anwyra account
You can delete your Anwyra account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways. Neither of them asks you to explain yourself.
1. In the app — three taps
Settings → Account → Delete account.
The app asks you to confirm, and for accounts that sign in with a password it asks for that password once — only to prove it is you. If you change your mind at that point, nothing is destroyed.
2. By email — if you cannot reach the app
A lost phone, or an app you have already uninstalled: write to privacy@anwyra.com from the email address you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you.
We answer within 30 days and usually much sooner. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
What is deleted
- Your account itself, and the ability to sign in with it.
- Your profile and every life you have lived: chapters, choices, life journal, gifts.
- Your friends list, the friend links other people have to you, and anything you have blocked.
- Your entry in the crossings pool, so your character stops appearing in other people’s stories.
- Your notification tokens, so the phone stops receiving anything from us.
- Your subscription entitlement record.
- Everything the app has stored on your device.
What is kept, and why
Purchase receipts. Tax law and store rules require us to keep proof of payment, so receipts outlive the account. They contain the purchase, not your story.
Backups. Deletion is immediate in the live database. Copies inside routine backups expire on their own within 30 days.
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions belong to your Google Play account, not to us, and only Google can stop the billing. Cancel it at Google Play → Subscriptions before you delete the account — afterwards there is no link left between the two.

Удаление аккаунта Anwyra
Аккаунт Anwyra и все связанные с ним данные можно удалить в любой момент. Способа два. Ни один не требует объяснять причину.
1. В приложении — три касания
Настройки → Аккаунт → Удалить аккаунт.
Приложение попросит подтвердить, а у входа по паролю один раз спросит пароль — только чтобы убедиться, что это вы. Если на этом шаге передумать, не удаляется ничего.
2. Письмом — если до приложения не добраться
Телефон потерян или приложение уже удалено: напишите на privacy@anwyra.com с того адреса, на который регистрировались, и мы удалим аккаунт за вас.
Отвечаем в течение 30 дней, обычно намного быстрее. Ни формы, ни платы.
Что удаляется
- Сам аккаунт и возможность войти под ним.
- Профиль и все прожитые жизни: главы, выборы, журнал жизни, подарки.
- Список друзей, связи других людей с вами и ваши блокировки.
- Запись в пуле пересечений — ваш герой перестаёт попадаться в чужих историях.
- Токены уведомлений: телефон перестаёт получать от нас что-либо.
- Запись о праве на подписку.
- Всё, что приложение хранило на вашем устройстве.
Что остаётся и почему
Чеки о покупках. Налоговые правила и правила магазина требуют хранить подтверждение оплаты, поэтому чеки переживают аккаунт. В них покупка, а не ваша история.
Резервные копии. В рабочей базе удаление происходит сразу. Копии внутри штатных резервных копий истекают сами в течение 30 дней.
Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку. Подписка принадлежит вашему аккаунту Google Play, а не нам, и остановить списания может только Google. Отмените её в разделе Google Play → Подписки до удаления аккаунта — после между ними не остаётся связи.
